Book Bug Visit

This morning (Thursday) we had a visit from the ladies in the library who run the book bug sessions. We did some songs and listened to a story about a Disgusting Sandwich. The nursery children received their 3 year old Book Bug Explorer Bags and the older children who got their bags last year were also given a pack of goodies.  More information on the Scottish book trust and the Bookbug explorer pack can be found at the following website:

Sports Day 2016

We had a lovely sunny day today for Nursery sports, we had fun in the nursery garden, playing games, doing obstacle course and running the races. We were please to see lots of grown ups who came to watch and join in the fun. Once again a big thank you to our buddies in class 4/5 who also came down to support us with our sports day. We finished with an ice cream. yum!
