Cloud Dough

As an alternative to sand, we had a go at making some cloud dough.  It is the most simplest recipe to follow - flour and baby oil!  The children very carefully measure out the flour then added the baby oil.  It was really sticky at first but when we had it all mixed together, it was silky smooth and crumbly to play with.  We loved it and explored it the whole day.  The children quickly noticed that it can be squashed together and it keeps it shape until you crush it up!  We spent a lot of time making walls and snow balls!
