ORKNEY ISLANDS COUNCIL EARLY LEARNING & CHILDCARE

Consultation on the expansion of Early Learning and Childcare from 600 hours to 1140 hours.

By 2020 all eligible children will be entitled to use 1140 hours of free

Early Learning and Childcare. We are asking parents and carers about these additional hours and the best way to use them.

Alternatively, if you do not have internet access paper copies are available from your local nursery or from Customer Services at Orkney Island Council, Kirkwall and the Warehouse Buildings, Stromness.

Parents and Carers are welcome to come along to evening meetings at the following places:

Tuesday 20 June at 7pm: St Andrews Primary School

Wednesday 21 June at 7pm: Pickaquoy Centre, Kirkwall

Thursday 22 June at 7pm: Dounby Centre

Monday 26 June at 6pm: Warehouse Building, Stromness
